4 Ingredient Chocolate Fruit Cups (gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, grain free)

These are so good, and disappear so fast!
I just made a batch in under 15 minutes and they got gobbled up in less than that!

I had to make more this time with blueberries and some with raspberries...

We are mixing old school with new school this time... New silicone baking cups and, all the mess is contained in one mason jar and I used my old electric hand mixer.  Nobody else was home so I got to lick the beater when it was all done.  Sweet!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Organic Coconut oil
  • 1/3 Cup Organic local Honey
  • 4 Tbsp unsweetened, plain cocoa powder
  • 1 Cup blueberries, or raspberries
  • 12 flexible silicone baking cups or molds of your choice
Directions:
  • Mix together the oil and honey until creamy, add chocolate and mix until smooth.
  • Drizzle enough of the chocolaty mixture to cover the bottom of each baking cup
  • Add a layer of berries
  • Add more chocolate so the mold covers the berries, no more than 1/2 full
  • Put in the refrigerator to or freezer for 10 minutes
  • Peel off the silicone cups
  • Keep them in a cool place or in the refrigerator if your house is over 76 degrees
  • They will melt if your house is warm, so eat them fast or keep them in a cool place.
they are around 120 calories each
