Magic Shell Mint Chocolate Ice Cream Topping

Mmmmm...


Ingredients
    • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
    • 4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder 
    • 1/4 Cup Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
    • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 
    • 5 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
    • Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions:

  • Heat coconut oil, cocoa powder and honey in a small saucepan over low heat.
  •  Stir until ingredients are melted. 
  • Add vanilla, peppermint essential oil and salt and stir.
  • Pour warm magic shell sauce over ice cream, or bananas, or strawberries,...
  • Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator. Reheat over low heat to reuse.
This recipe makes approximately 1 Cup of magic shell sauce
